Key details:
Shift : Day Shift 8 hours, M-F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours in a Week
Weekly Pay Range : $3000.00 – $3130.00
Responsibilities :
- Conduct utilization reviews to assess the medical necessity and appropriateness of healthcare services.
- Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
- Manage prior authorizations and address insurance denials through documentation and appeals.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans and resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze utilization trends, preparing reports to recommend cost-effective care improvements.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license for CA State
- Must have strong Utilization Review experience
