Client Details Our client, a nationally recognized General Contractor with a strong presence in the healthcare and medical construction sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Collaborate with the Preconstruction and Estimating teams to provide accurate budgets and schedules. Oversee project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and support staff, to maintain cohesion and productivity. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare construction regulations, safety protocols, and infection control measures. Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in mediical and Hospital projects. Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
