As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of high-rise construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout. Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations. Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and change order processes. Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive the use of innovative construction techniques and technologies to improve efficiency. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects. Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $50M in value. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
