We are looking for a taproom manager at our growing brewery. The position is a hybrid of bartending (tipped wage) and hourly (straight wage). The position will begin part-time and become full-time.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining front-of-house space
• Managing employees
• Coordinating shift coverages (fixed schedule)
• Keeping all items in-stock
• Running events
• Working with marketing and brewing departments

Requirements:

• Servsafe Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Bar and/or restaurant experience
• Beer knowledge is a plus
