ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Patient Experience Navigator (PEN) is to improve the patient experience throughout the patients hospital visit, decrease hospital readmissions and identify process improvement opportunities. Additionally, the PEN assist with admissions and discharges during times of high patient volumes.This position reports directly to the Director of Quality. QualificationsJob Requirements: Completion of education to obtain Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Experience with Microsoft Word, Prefer experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and general data entryPreferred Job Requirements:Two years' experience in hospital nursing preferred
