As a Sales Executive , you’ll build your book of business through B2B healthcare referrals and B2C sales with the autonomy to transform the way people view home care.

· Big picture sales strategist with experience selling in the homecare space

What you’ll do:
· Build and manage a pipeline of partners and generate sales opportunities
· Generate referrals from various homecare channels, including: Rehab Facilities, Senior Living Facilities, Hospitals and Physician Practices
· Meet or exceed revenue targets for new and existing business, and develop a strategy to support achievement of goals
· Autonomously manage personal sales pipeline
· Arrange lunch and learns and other events to provide education to networks on service offerings
· Research and keep up to date on new providers and facilities in the geographic area
· Win cases by following through on the full-sales cycle
What you’ll bring:
· 2-5 years of outside sales experience (homecare or related experience is REQUIRED)
· A consider-it-done attitude with relentless forward progression
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup feel environment
· Naturally inquisitive and great researcher
· Ability to be strategically social
