As a Healthcare Pharmacy Recruiter, you will be mentored to :
- Source and recruit highly skilled pharmacy professionals, including Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacist in Charge, Directors of Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Technicians.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, such as Hospital Administrators and Pharmacy Managers, to address urgent staffing needs.
- Develop new clients and create job opportunities in diverse pharmacy practice settings.
- Offer solution-based staffing options tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure successful placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
