Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Processor located in Houston, TX. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for mortgage industry tasks such as underwriting loans, effective communication with clients and lenders, and ensuring smooth processing of mortgage applications.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
- Experience in Underwriting and Processing Loans
- Effective Communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the mortgage industry
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
