Job Title : Office Coordinator/Front Desk (Insurance Firm)

Location : Irvine, CA

Hourly Rate : $25/hour

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type : Temporary-to-Hire (Based on Performance)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to join our insurance firm in Santa Ana. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. As the Office Coordinator, you will handle front-desk reception duties, assist with office administration, and provide general support to the team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support insurance agents with client documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of office or administrative experience (insurance experience a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
