The Senior Structural Engineer will be a key leader in the department, supervising staff’s daily responsibilities and mentoring team members in technical expertise and career growth. This role involves managing projects of various sizes and complexities, from concept to construction completion, with the benefit of in-house coordination across multiple disciplines. You will guide projects in all facets by interfacing with clients, ensuring technical excellence, and managing the team and project schedule to deliver successful outcomes. Qualifications You’ll Need:

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE (Professional Engineer) License
• 15+ years of experience in an A/E environment
• Proven success in managing diverse projects
• Expertise in structural engineering and knowledge of related fields
