The Communications Manager will collaborate with leadership across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and share informative, engaging communications for internal IT teams
• Collaborate with senior leaders to craft compelling content tailored to organizational goals
• Leverage tools like Microsoft SharePoint and other platforms to enhance communication
• Plan and host virtual and in-person events to foster engagement and connectivity
• Create reusable templates for emails, presentations, and other materials
• Ensure Digital communications align with broader company initiatives
• Lead the development and implementation of foundational IT change management processes
• Explore modern mediums, such as videos and podcasts, to share engaging and creative content

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Communications or related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, O365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Stream), and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
• Understanding of IT change management processes is a plus.

Pay Details: $50.00 - 60.00 per hour

The role is contract and hybrid in Houston, Texas.
