LHH is working with a top full service law firm in Nashville, Tennessee to recruit an attorney with substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with sophisticated commercial acquisitions, dispositions and related real estate lending and finance in a law firm or sophisticated in-house setting.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Represent developer and investor clients in large scale commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate financinings and loans
- Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial leases
Qualifications:
- JD required
- Licensed in good standing to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar
- 4+ years’ experience in commercial real estate legal practice
- Outstanding academic credentials
