WHO WE ARE

Rafi Law Firm is a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We focus on a small number of cases and seek to maximize the value of each case. We represent victims—people injured in tractor-trailer, commercial motor vehicle, and automobile accidents; people victims of crime in negligent security cases; and others who are seriously injured. We are a tight knit team of 5 lawyers and 8 staff members who work together to win cases for our clients.

In the last 8 years, we have recovered more than $160 million for our clients. We like to think that the cases work on are not run-of-the-mill, but interesting, challenging, and worthwhile. For example, one of our cases was the focus of the podcast “Betrayal” which (when it was released) was the #1 podcast on Apple Podcasts and is now streaming on Hulu. In 2024, we settled a $7.75 million slip and fall case, which by accounts, is the largest slip and fall recovery in Georgia. Many of our cases have been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Marietta Daily Journal, 11Alive, and other publications. These are the type of cases that the person in this role will work on.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE

As a personal injury lawyer with our Firm, you would be responsible for all aspects of cases from sign-up to when the case resolves.

We are seeking a litigator with experience in personal injury litigation, either with a personal injury firm or an insurance defense firm.

Maybe most importantly, we want people who “buy in” to what we are doing here. We want people motivated to help people. We also want people who work hard, are empathetic to our clients, respectful to coworkers, and take pride and ownership in what they do. If that is you, we want you to work with us.

HOW WE PAY

In total, our non-partner lawyers typically make between $200,000-$400,000 per year. Associate lawyers have made as much as $600,000 in a given year. Our compensation package includes a $100,000 base salary, a % bonus / commission for successfully resolving cases, discretionary bonuses, health and vision insurance, and other benefits.
