Job Overview

The Welding/Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, and managing a team of 20-50 employees

This role is critical in maintaining a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and quality in custom ambulance production

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee welding and fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise employees to meet production schedules and objectives
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications for welding requirements
• Perform quality control checks on welding work
• Manage inventory of welding consumables and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed
• Provide training, support, and guidance to department personnel
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of people management and development experience(query)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in welding processes and fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret welding processes according to industry standards
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
• Shift: First Shift
