Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will:

· Work on Robotics portfolio change management using AGILE PLM

· Work on KTLO tasks like order management, customer escalations

· Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste

· Problem solving and design solutions for Robotics customers

· Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference

· Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-outs or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions -Collaborate with procurement, logistics and engineering teams to streamline the parts supply chain -Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and supply chain best practices -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or /Supply Chain/Operations discipline

· Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills

· Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel

· Analyst work background, or focus in higher education

· Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management

Top 3 must-have hard skills

· Supply Chain Experience is key!

· Customer Facing Roles/Ticketing experience

· Stakeholder management experience
