Location: Olean, NY

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st

Join a leading manufacturer as a CNC Plate & Processing Supervisor , where you'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch quality, and keep schedules on track. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring proper training and task assignment.
• Plan and prioritize workflows to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC plasma, laser, and gang oxy-cutting machines.
• Manage materials inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Oversee and perform simple rigging operations when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CNC plasma, laser, and gang oxy-cutting machines.
• Strong knowledge of steel plate processing, including cutting, beveling, and drilling.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, ERP systems, and reporting requirements.
