Direct Hire CNC Technician Programmer for an established manufacturer in the Charleston, SC area. Qualified candidate will have 5+years experience as a CNC Machinist and Programmer. Expertise using Okuma CNC Machines is required. Pay is $35+hr DOE with full benefits. 1st SHIFT with flexible hours!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 or more years of experience in CNC programming and operation, very strong knowledge skills. Familiarity with Okuma CNC machines is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines
• Ability to understand work orders and drawings and to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficiency with micrometers and other common measuring instruments.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use simple hand tools.
