Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology strategy and infrastructure. This key leadership role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise to drive our digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee both internal systems and third-party IT partnerships while ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance across all IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Leadership

  • Drive comprehensive IT strategy and system architecture
  • Manage third-party IT partnerships and vendor relationships
  • Oversee technology budget and resource allocation
  • Lead cloud-based digital transformation initiatives
  • Optimize service level agreements

Infrastructure and Systems Management

  • Design and implement enterprise systems focusing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Manage cloud infrastructure including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, and virtual networks
  • Ensure ERP system reliability and optimization
  • Lead backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
  • Implement system automation using PowerShell and Azure Resource Manager

Security and Compliance

  • Maintain SOX and SEC compliance across IT systems
  • Implement security policies aligned with NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001 standards
  • Oversee system access controls and vulnerability management
  • Ensure robust data security and retention practices

SharePoint and Business Systems

  • Architect and implement SharePoint Online solutions
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services ecosystem
  • Optimize document management and workflow systems
  • Maintain ERP functionality and integrations
  • Support SEC filing requirements


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years IT experience in public company environment
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
  • SOX compliance and IT controls experience
  • Proven vendor management track record
  • ERP system administration and implementation experience
  • Strong project coordination and leadership skills


Preferred:

  • Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications
  • ITIL certification
  • Infrastructure automation and scripting expertise
  • SEC compliance experience
  • Cloud migration and digital transformation experience
