Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop continuous improvements in product, process, and manufacturing quality.
• Collaborate with reliability engineering and supplier quality teams to ensure consistency across functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance on specialized quality assurance technologies such as nondestructive testing, statistical techniques, and quality codes.
• Investigate technical issues and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Report and provide direction for key quality improvements in metrics like First Pass Yield (FPY), Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM), warranty costs, and others.
• Focus on advancing key quality metrics such as Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) to improve quality and cycle time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, OPEX, SCM, or Manufacturing roles.
• Preferred certifications: Project Management (PMP, PMI), Six Sigma, ASQ, or ISO Auditor experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Candidates must already have work authorization for the U.S.
