PDS Defense is seeking a Program Manager in Industry CA

An aerospace parts manufacturer seeks a program manager to oversee the fabrication of metallic components. Must be familiar with welding and machining practices and ensure the programs are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project
• Ensure high quality work is produced
• Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
• Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
• Facilitate communication between relevant teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management
• 7 years' experience in a aerospace machine shop preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
