Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead survey staff, ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee project management, proposals, contracts, and billing.
• Prepare plats, legal descriptions, and boundary surveys.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Participate in business development efforts.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
• Proficient in all aspects of land surveying for land development.
• Experience with survey equipment
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
