QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of expat HR management
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Japanese Bilingual language ability
• Experience managing expatriate payroll and benefits
• Experience with expatriate and visa processing

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage and oversee expatriate payroll, benefits and employment tax
• Work closely with HQ to manage expat compensation and benefits
• Lead onboarding and off boarding processes
• Manage visa applications and renewals
• Provide support for expat families and relocation
• Work closely with department members, senior management
