I am currently working with a leading legal practice in Kansas City , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney to join their growing trusts & estates group .

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
• You will provide counsel to families and individuals regarding the administration and disposition of their estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate and charitable planning.
• Handle probate administration, including opening/closing estates, preparing accountings and handling asset transfers.
• Prepare tax returns (including gift tax and estate tax returns).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Min of 5 years of estate planning experience.
• Strong academics.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri.
• Strong writing and case management skills.
