Client Services Coordinator 05 Months contract, Potential to convert to perm El Segundo, CA 90245 (onsite) Hours: M-F 8-5pm Interview Process: 2 Rounds of interviews Overview: - Support brokers in a local office by coordinating the completion and submission of property data, preparing customized property information packages, and organizing meetings and conferences.
- Responsibilities:
- Review marketing material specifications; liaise with marketing, analysis, and research groups.
- Prepare and produce customized property information packages for RFIs and RFPs.
- Coordinate complex meetings and conferences; manage appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Update and maintain information databases; generate standard and ad hoc reports; assist with website updates.
Years of Experience needed: 1+ year of real estate experience is required. Any type of commercial real estate experience is HIGHLY preferred
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite is required; InDesign is highly preferred.
