Pay: $15 - $18/hr
Shift Requirements: Availability for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for businesses across industries such as healthcare, legal services, and property management. You'll handle inbound calls, take accurate messages, and deliver them according to client instructions, whether the message is routine or urgent. Working in a computer-based environment, you will maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from clients in various industries, including healthcare, legal, and property management
  • Take and deliver messages accurately and promptly
  • Manage urgent calls, ensuring medical professionals or emergency teams are connected when needed
  • Follow client instructions with confidentiality and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Clear speaking voice with minimal regional accent
  • Basic computer skills & ability to type 40 WPM
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable, punctual, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to complete on-site training in Shreveport, LA, with potential to transition to remote after a 3-month probation period
  • Strong English comprehension (written and verbal)
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first approach
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred, not required)
