Pay: $15 - $16/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, providing accurate information on billing, service inquiries, and utility-related matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, assist with billing questions, and process service orders.
- Handle complaints with professionalism, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide proactive outreach and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with cash handling
