The Receptionist provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our community.

Responsibilities:
Be the friendly and professional initial point of contact for Laurel Cove visitors. Uphold our commitment to creating a warm, caring, and safe environment for all. Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and excellent customer service at all times. Respond quickly and effectively to meet the needs of our residents and guests.
Qualifications:
A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members. A commitment to upholding our values of caring and service. High School Diploma or GED required Two (2) years clerical experience required Healthcare experience preferred Food Handlers Cad preferred CPR certification preferred
