Job Description
The purpose of the Personnel Representative's role is to ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory mandates: Annual In-service, Performance Evaluations, CPR certifications, Licenses, Occupational Health Services, Departmental Orientations and New Employee Orientations
Typical Tasks and Responsibilities include:
  • Review performance evaluations for accuracy, key in and mark completion in PeopleSoft
  • Follow-up with managers/supervisors for evaluation correction and missing documents
  • Create, delete, open, cancel and transfer evaluations in PeopleSoft
  • Send due and overdue evaluation reports to respective managers/supervisors each month
  • Review departmental orientation package for completeness and key into PeopleSoft ELM.
  • Data entry CPR cards into PeopleSoft.
  • Send competency notifications for new hires to managers/supervisors each month.
  • Monitor, track verify and enter all licenses and credentials for NYC H+H, Cumberland and NYU staff into PeopleSoft.
  • Monitor, track and enter all CPR certifications for NYC H+H, Cumberland and NYU staff into PeopleSoft.
  • Participate in audits/surveys with regulatory agencies, Joint Commission, NYC Department of Health, NYS Office of Mental Health, etc.
  • Follow-up with managers/supervisors regarding staff that appear on the unsatisfactory report monthly.
  • Generate and reconcile reports for Annual In-service, Performance Evaluations, CPR, Licenses, Occupational Health Services, Departmental Orientations and New Employee Orientations.
  • Performs Exit Interviews for all employees separating due to resignations, retirement, transfers, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.
