SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Hybrid | Palo Alto, CA
PAY: $90K - $105K (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- 3+ Yrs in a Marketing/Business Development Role in a Professional Services/Legal Firm
- Extraordinary attention to detail, and oral/written communications skills
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Additional Knowledge in Database, CRM, and Email Marketing Platforms REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support attorneys post-event, including targeting of attendees, follow ups
- Preparing and drafting pitch materials and RFP responses
- Research prospective clients, Firms, industry specializations
- Edit, assemble, proof, and distribute final proposals
- Maintain pitch tracking
- Contribute to the development of strategy and implementation of business plans
- Monitor and report on market trends and issues
- Support cross-practice business development initiatives
