Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of critical business systems, with a focus on ERP administration, database connectivity, and EDI integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, data management, and system integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- ERP Administration:
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
- Configure and maintain master data (e.g., customers, vendors, items).
- Troubleshoot ERP system issues and provide end-user support.
- Implement and manage workflows and approvals within the ERP.
- Stay up to date on ERP software updates and releases.
- Support annual upgrade regression testing
- Database Connectivity:
- Craft basic SQL quires
- Understand ODATA feeds and how to utilize them
- Product Label Templates:
- Design, develop, and maintain product label templates.
- Ensure label compliance with regulatory requirements.
- EDI Initiatives:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of EDI solutions.
- Map and translate data between the ERP system and trading partners.
- Monitor EDI transactions and resolve errors.
- Stay informed about EDI standards and best practices.
- General Responsibilities:
- Document system configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on relevant systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP administration (Business Central is a plus).
- Strong understanding of database concepts and connectivity (SQL knowledge is beneficial).
- Experience with EDI mapping and integration (is a plus).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
