We are seeking a skilled CRM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of CRM solutions across multiple environments. This role involves collaborating with architecture, UX, and development teams, as well as engaging with business stakeholders to modernize processes and optimize the use of Microsoft technologies.
The CRM Engineer will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, Power Platform tools, and Azure-based solutions. This position requires technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications.
- Update and support Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Support the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new functionalities.
- Develop, test, and implement D365 Power Automate workflows and related cloud flows.
- Build and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Participate in business case creation and estimation of development work.
- Recommend and implement best practices to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business teams to modernize workflows using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Assist in communicating new features to users and writing user guides.
- Create and maintain comprehensive application solution documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues as needed.
- Be available for on-call and/or after-hours work when required.
