Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance/Application Testing Specialist to join our team.

The role involves both manual and automated testing, collaborating with development teams, documenting test results, and ensuring applications meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for software, websites, and applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to evaluate software performance and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Ensure software and applications meet the Client's quality standards and requirements.
• Create detailed documentation, including test cases, test results, and recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Enter issues and defects as user stories or bugs into Azure DevOps for tracking and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• Proven experience in:
• Developing and documenting testing plans.
• Identifying and tracking bugs and defects.
• Working closely with developers and team members to resolve software issues.
• Communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Utilizing Azure DevOps for bug and story tracking.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and best practices in software testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
