LHH is currently looking for an IT Billing Administrator to join our dynamic IT team, contributing to projects specializing in expense management. The role involves leveraging billing, invoice coding, and asset tracking.

Responsibilities :
- Track and manage IT expenses, ensuring accurate coding of invoices to the correct departments.
- Handle 5-10 invoices weekly for a company with 2,500 employees.
- Organize and track various IT assets within the firm.
- Manage IT-related expenses, including Microsoft products, AWS, and ERP systems.
- Maintain and manage IT contracts with vendors such as Microsoft and AWS.
- Collaborate with accounts payable located in Dallas.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in IT billing and coding invoices.
- Familiarity with IT-related expenses and asset tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid, flexible schedule environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Education :
- Relevant work experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
