SUMMARY:

The Product Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company’s hydraulic fracturing software product suite by identifying and capitalizing on new Oil & Gas technology product opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development – work with customer to capture & define user requirements, prioritizing features to achieve a balance between innovation, usability, and technical feasibility.
• Enhance existing products through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Participate in UAT to ensure the final product reflects planned features and functions.
• Help in the discovery and conceptualization of software products and solutions tailored to the oil and gas industry.
• Communicate a clear and compelling product vision.
• Navigate customer interaction & feedback.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related Engineering field.
• Significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry (10-15 years), including field engineering or similar experience
• 3-5 years of Product Development/Product Owner experience within the Oil and Gas technology sector, specifically Oilfield Services
• Related AND recent experience in fracturing and fracturing software is required
• Must have a solid understanding of fracking operations and the end-to-end fracturing process
• Strong portfolio of successful product launches.
• Proven hands-on experience in user training, support, product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to identify tools and techniques that can add to efficiency in prototyping, creating mockups, and capturing user requirements.
• Strong command of current technologies, learning/exploring new tech, and applying those to product development.
• Exposure/understanding of Agile/SCRUM, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a Microsoft DevOps environment is preferred.
