Job Description

We are in search of Software Engineers wi lling to be on-site 5x a week in downtown Seattle.



We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Golang and TypeScript to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance applications that power our space technology platforms. As part of a fast-paced team, you will work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and space experts to design, implement, and optimize software that powers the next generation of space systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance back-end services using Golang .
  • Build and maintain modern front-end applications and web interfaces using TypeScript and popular frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Write automated tests and documentation to ensure the stability and maintainability of code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues with a focus on improving system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software development, Golang, and TypeScript technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in back-end development using Golang .
  • Expertise in front-end development using TypeScript and related frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in the space industry or with space-related technologies.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including automation tools and monitoring.
