first PRO is seeking IT Support Specialists for a 3–4-month project involving a large-scale email migration and device rebuild across multiple locations in the Lehigh Valley and Poconos regions. The role focuses on transitioning users to a new email system and reconfiguring approximately 10,000 Windows and iOS devices for the updated platform. Candidates will provide on-site support across hospitals and outpatient facilities, working collaboratively in teams to ensure a smooth transition. This is a short-term contract role (3-4-months) with compensation of $25/hr.
Responsibilities
Email Migration Support
- Assist users with transitioning to new email accounts, guiding them through login scripts and FAQs.
- Troubleshoot issues such as login failures and access problems.
- Conduct on-site rounds to provide at-the-elbow support for end-users.
Device Rebuilds
- Reconfigure iOS devices, such as iPads, to align with the updated system.
- Deploy rebuild devices to users and verify functionality.
- Support device transition waves, starting with hospitals and expanding to outpatient facilities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, iOS, and Intune.
- Experience in Level 1 IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills to assist end-users professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to follow predefined scripts and processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively to multiple locations.
