Role: Network Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA(Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing and testing of dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and ability to interpret and resolve route table problem.
• Knowledge of EVPN & VXLAN is preferred.
• Network Security, with primary skills on Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls.
• Firewall devices optimization such as rules consolidation/fine-tuning & periodic firewall rule base review
• Design and implement WLANs and other wireless networks using Cisco and Juniper MIST
• Hands on experience to work in an ITIL structured organisation dealing with Incident / Change / Problem management
• Basic knowledge of the tools like Wire-shark, Kentik, Prometheus or similar monitoring tools.
• Knowledge on Linux OS will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Saltstack/Python automation is a plus.
