Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software programs and interfaces to integrate advanced automation systems with client software ecosystems.
- Analyze client needs and system architectures to deliver optimal technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed software development specifications and functional analyses.
- Devise innovative solutions to complex problems and address potential challenges proactively.
- Oversee the seamless transition of developed software features to operational teams.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating critical decisions and communication.
- Contribute to department improvements by proposing ideas for long-term roadmap enhancements.
- Provide on-site technical support at client locations as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding of WMS/WCS/WES systems and experience with software integration in these domains.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or integration roles, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, NodeJS, and web development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end software integration projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions and mentor team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
