Akkodis is currently are seeking an experienced IAM Triage Engineer to collaborate with our IAM team in building, monitoring, and delivering best-in-class IAM solutions. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining secure and efficient access across the organization, driving seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust data protection.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technology field.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent IAM certifications.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of IAM technologies, cloud identities, and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, Azure).
- Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting Okta, CyberArk, and IGA tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
Soft Skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including support for U.S. business hours.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing IAM processes and technologies across business lines to develop optimized, best-in-class solutions.
- Engage in end-to-end planning, design, process optimization, technical troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative IAM solutions that ensure secure and appropriate user access.
- Drive meaningful change by developing, implementing, and monitoring IAM initiatives that balance security and usability.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account creation and termination.
- Administer role-based access provisioning and de-provisioning in enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure) and cloud applications.
- Ensure accurate account and access management in IAM systems, maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
- Support and troubleshoot Okta and CyberArk systems, perform Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) administration, and manage IAM system maintenance.
- Conduct access control reviews, resolve incidents, and lead root cause analyses.
- Collaborate with internal customers, analysts, and application teams to address access requirements.
- Update processes and documentation (e.g., SOPs, runbooks) to reflect improvements.
