Job Description:
One of our top financial services clients is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. This person will provide administrative support to a department or an individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. This person may be required to work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. This role is hybrid, 3-4 days on site in their Quincy or Miami office.
Must Haves:
- 10 years of experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Quick response times
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
