Job Description

Talento has partnered with a large organization Headquartered near the Fort Lauderdale airport on a search for a Office Building Coordinator to assist 2 Managers on all day-to-day activities related to building, badging, invoicing, supplies, mailroom, and onboarding.


Responsibilities

  • Assign tickets for immediate building/facilities tasks
  • Schedule service and maintenance visits as needed
  • Enter requests and invoices through the internal system
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Issue badges for new employees
  • Assist with mailing requests and oversee mailroom
  • Accounting support for Facilities invoices
  • Breakroom supplies/facilities supply orders


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a support role
  • Experience using systems for communication and invoicing
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and written
  • Able to work M-F on site
  • Able to multitask
  • Great customer service and highly professional demeanor
