Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates four well-known brands, is hiring a Technical Project Assistant to join their store technology deployment team in Rocklin, CA.
As a Project Assistant on this team, you will help coordinate store technology installs for retail locations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience coordinating and scheduling technology site installs using Jira, MS Project or Asana.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing deployment plans, including timelines and milestones
- Coordinate resources and support cross-team communication on install plans
- Manage technology deployment updates
Requirements:
- Knowledge of hardware installation and troubleshooting
- JIRA, MS Project, or Asana project management experience
- Previous experience developing and/or following deployment plans, including timelines and milestones
- Knowledge of risk management practices to identify and address potential issues in hardware deployment
- Proficiency in coordinating resources, including hardware and personnel, under the guidance of more senior team members
