Property and Casualty Insurance License Required
Core Responsibilities:
- Receive Inbound calls assist Agency and Insurers with their queries related to the policy.
- Home Insurance experience in mandatory.
- No Sales required
- P & C license for South Carolina or the ability/desire to obtain within 30 days. We will provide required training to help getting the license.
- Demonstrates awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope of their empowerment and follows guidelines.
- Educates and promotes Self Service options.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.
- Capable of achieving call center performance metrics and targets.
- Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Works independently and seeks Supervisor support when necessary.
Job Specification
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment required
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Insurance Experience is a MUST
