Job Description:

We are seeking a experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Hot Springs, AR . The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing co-worker relations, ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, and contributing to the success of our HR department. Must-Haves:

  • Co-worker Relations Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resource Management.
  • Educational Background: Graduate from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business or Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to Human Resources.
  • Certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) is preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Co-worker Relations: Manage and enhance co-worker relations by addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure organizational adherence to HR laws, regulations, and best practices at all levels.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
  • HR Support: Provide guidance and support to both management and staff on HR-related matters, offering solutions to challenges and promoting employee well-being.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
