Job Summary: The Area Construction Manager oversees all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising key managers, resolving issues, and improving production processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Field Operations Manager
• Field Compliance Manager
• Service/Warranty Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support field teams to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Create and share reports to improve operational processes.
• Supervise daily field operations, assign tasks, and ensure coordination.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling conflicts, and promote a collaborative work culture.
• Lead headcount planning and weekly business reviews.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, operations management, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in operations/project management, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, accounting software (SAGE), and learning new systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in quality management, process improvement, and team development.
• In-depth experience in field operations, safety compliance, and hazard management.
