Job Summary: The Area Construction Manager oversees all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising key managers, resolving issues, and improving production processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Field Operations Manager
- Field Compliance Manager
- Service/Warranty Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Support field teams to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
- Create and share reports to improve operational processes.
- Supervise daily field operations, assign tasks, and ensure coordination.
- Train new hires, manage scheduling conflicts, and promote a collaborative work culture.
- Lead headcount planning and weekly business reviews.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, operations management, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in operations/project management, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, accounting software (SAGE), and learning new systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in quality management, process improvement, and team development.
- In-depth experience in field operations, safety compliance, and hazard management.
