Job Summary:

Client is seeking a skilled VFD & HVAC Field Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair VFD systems and Greenheck HVAC equipment for our clients in Northern, Central, and Southeast Florida. As a representative of Greenheck, you'll provide exceptional customer service, perform on-site repairs, and promote company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss VFD and HVAC electrical needs, provide training and instructions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Installation and Commissioning: Install, troubleshoot, and commission VFD units and HVAC equipment, ensuring proper application and electrical/mechanical connections.
• Repair and Maintenance: Respond to equipment breakdowns, perform on-site repairs, test/calibrate/repair damaged units, and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Greenheck Equipment Support: Occasionally work on and start up Greenheck DOAS equipment as needed.
• Customer Relations and Sales Support: Advise clients on equipment upgrades, promote company products/services, and maintain strong customer relations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, maintain detailed records, and ensure field instrumentation/tools/equipment are in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Experience with field metering equipment and HVAC technical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for VFD and HVAC electrical systems.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to work safely with high voltage electrical systems and willingness to travel within Northern, Central, and Southeast Florida.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
