Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in complex litigation/billable side
• Strong tenure; this is important to the firm due to its low turnover (3 years+ at current position ideal)
• Extensive trial prep experience including file through trial/appeals-mediation prep etc.
• Trial experience ideal, may not be required
• Experience with Trial Director is a plus!
• Ability to occasionally travel for trial attendance
• Understands this is a position for which billable time is kept; hours are not excessive - highly manageable and there are some financial incentives here!
