A high-profile plaintiff's personal injury law firm, located in Manhattan's Financial District, is looking for a polished and experienced Paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Draft all pleadings including summons and complaints
• Draft motions, discovery demands
• Prepare and file RJI's, Notes of Issue, Notice of Entry and Stipulations
• Obtain lien information
• Efile/NYSCEF
• Request, review and summarize relevant medical records
• Heavy client contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• At least 4 years of proven work experience in personal injury
• Spanish a huge +
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple priorities
• Commitment to confidentiality required
