We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager for a successful restaurant in Phoenix, AZ . This beloved concept is a local hot-spot with a reputation for delivering scratch-made food and great service throughout their restaurants and community. The restaurant prides itself on being led/managed by ownership that is truly dedicated to the guest and to the team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who generates success by creating exceptional experiences for their guests.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary, healthcare stipend, discretionary bonus, PTO, and a very respectable work-life balance!
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
- Strong reliability and timeliness
- Ability to manage/develop/train staff
- Proven leadership qualities and extreme guest-focused hospitality
- Independent brand experience
