Job title : Construction Manager

Insight Global is actively working with one of the nation's top residential builders to identify a Construction Manager for the Bluffton/Okatie, SC market. This individual will be responsible for managing the activities of construction projects. They will be working to ensure construction schedules, onsite safety, development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, reviewing and maintaining quality standards, and upkeeping customer satisfaction. Requirements :

* BS Degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.

* 2+ years of experience in the construction industry (can be junior too for the right fit)

* Ability to manage construction processes, ensuring that trade performance is meeting expectations, costs are controlled, budgets are managed, and customer service is top notch

Compensation : $60,000-80,000 (base salary+truck allowance, phone allowance, and annual/quarterly bonuses)
